2.1 Sources of Information

  • Information you provide directly, such as when you register, place an order, enter an address, contact support, or post content.
  • Information generated automatically when you use the service, such as device, log, access, and crash data.
  • Information from third-party partners, such as payment results, logistics updates, and fraud screening feedback.
  • Information you authorize us to access or receive, such as necessary confirmations from payment or notification channels.

2.2 Sensitive Information

We generally do not actively request biometric data, precise geolocation, government ID numbers, full financial account credentials, health information, or other sensitive personal information unless a feature, legal obligation, or dispute handling process requires it. If we do, we will provide additional notice where required.

2.3 If You Choose Not to Provide Information

Some information is necessary to provide the service, such as login details for registration, name, phone number, and address for fulfillment, and order and payment status data for payment processing. If you choose not to provide necessary information, we may be unable to create your account, complete your payment, deliver products, provide in-home services, or handle after-sales support.

3. How We Use Information

  • To provide core transaction services, including account management, product display, cart, favorites, checkout, rental management, deposit handling, refunds, and after-sales support.
  • To arrange delivery, installation, cleaning, maintenance, and returns, and to notify you of order and service status.
  • To verify identity, prevent fraud, detect suspicious logins or transactions, and protect the platform and users.
  • To moderate content, handle reports, maintain community order, and prevent spam, false claims, or infringement.
  • To send service communications such as order updates, payment reminders, appointment reminders, policy changes, and security alerts.
  • To conduct marketing, operate promotions, provide recommendations, and improve the service where permitted by law.
  • To perform analytics, product development, performance optimization, log review, and internal administration.
  • To comply with legal obligations, accounting and tax requirements, consumer protection duties, and lawful government requests.

3.1 Legal Bases for EEA, UK, and Switzerland

Where applicable data protection laws apply, we generally process personal information based on one or more of the following: performance of a contract or steps taken before entering into a contract, compliance with legal obligations, your consent, and our legitimate interests in security, service improvement, fraud prevention, and reasonable business operations.

3.2 Automated Decision-Making

Unless we tell you otherwise, we do not rely solely on fully automated processing to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. If we use basic ranking, recommendation, or risk-control rules, they are generally used to improve display efficiency, detect abnormal behavior, and protect transaction security.

4. When We Share, Process Through Vendors, or Disclose Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. Except as described in this policy, with your authorization, or as required by law, we do not disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties for their own unrestricted use.

  • Payment providers, to process charges, refunds, reconciliation, risk control, and transaction verification.
  • Logistics, warehousing, installation, cleaning, return, and after-sales partners, to fulfill orders and arrange in-home services.
  • Cloud, hosting, security, and content delivery providers, to deliver website and app content, monitor stability, retain logs, and defend against attacks. When you visit our web pages or privacy pages, providers such as Cloudflare may process IP address, request headers, browser and device information, and security logs.
  • Customer support, notification, and messaging providers, to send SMS, email, in-app messages, and support notices.
  • Analytics, anti-fraud, and audit providers, to detect anomalies, improve products, measure campaign effectiveness, and satisfy internal control requirements.
  • Regulators, courts, law enforcement, and other authorized authorities, when disclosure is required by law or necessary for dispute resolution, rights protection, or public safety.
  • Relevant parties to a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or asset transfer, subject to confidentiality and lawful handling.

4.1 No Sale or Sharing Statement

Unless we disclose otherwise and provide legally required choice mechanisms, we do not sell your personal information or use it for "sharing" in the context of cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by applicable law. If our practices change, we will update this policy and provide any required opt-out rights before those changes take effect.

5. Cookies, SDKs, and Similar Technologies

When you visit our website or privacy pages, we and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, log files, pixels, SDKs, or similar technologies to maintain session state, improve performance, remember preferences, support security, troubleshoot issues, and measure usage. You can limit some of these technologies through browser or device settings, but doing so may affect functionality.

6. International Transfers and Storage Locations

Because we may use cloud services, content delivery networks, security tools, and support systems that operate across regions, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country or region. Where required, we will implement reasonable safeguards such as contractual protections, access controls, data minimization, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for the shortest period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Relevant factors include the nature of the information, the purpose of processing, the duration of the customer relationship, limitation periods, tax and audit obligations, and security investigation needs.

Account information Usually retained while you maintain an account and, after account closure, for any legally required period and for legitimate dispute handling needs.
Order and payment records Usually retained for several years to satisfy accounting, tax, consumer protection, anti-fraud, and partner requirements, depending on applicable law.
Delivery and service records Usually retained until fulfillment and after-sales periods end and then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed for dispute handling or legal obligations.
Community content Retained until you delete it, your account is closed, a moderation process is completed, or continued retention is reasonably necessary for platform operations and compliance.
Logs and diagnostic data Usually retained for shorter periods for security, operations, and compliance purposes, unless longer retention is needed for investigation or recordkeeping.

8. How We Protect Information

  • We use reasonable security measures such as access controls, permission isolation, least-privilege practices, encryption in transit where appropriate, backup procedures, and audit mechanisms.
  • Only personnel with a legitimate business need are allowed to access relevant information, and they are subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • We assess service providers appropriately and require relevant data protection commitments through contracts where suitable.
  • If a personal information security incident occurs, we will take remedial action and provide notices required by applicable law.

No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security, but we continue to improve our safeguards.

9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

To the extent provided by applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, update, export, delete, restrict processing of, object to the processing of, or withdraw consent for your personal information, as well as to close your account, opt out of marketing communications, and file complaints.

  • Access and know: request details about the information we collect, its sources, purposes, and recipients.
  • Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: request deletion of personal information where the law allows.
  • Portability: request a copy of information you provided to us where applicable.
  • Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
  • Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe from marketing emails or disable marketing notifications.
  • Account closure: request account deletion, subject to lawful retention for open orders, disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

9.1 Supplemental Rights for California Residents

If you are a California resident and applicable law applies to us, you may also have rights to know, access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit the use of sensitive personal information where applicable, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. If our practices ever require a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" mechanism, we will provide it as required by law.

9.2 Supplemental Rights for EEA, UK, and Switzerland Residents

If applicable law applies, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority and, in certain circumstances, request restriction of processing or object to processing based on legitimate interests.

10. Children and Minors

Our services are generally intended for users who are legally able to enter into transactions or who meet the age requirements in their jurisdiction. If applicable law requires additional protections for minors, we will seek parental or guardian consent or apply other required safeguards. If you believe we collected personal information from a minor without proper authorization, please contact us.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, partners, processing purposes, legal obligations, or compliance practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, we may also notify you through the app, email, SMS, or other reasonable means.
